Tower Whiskey Distillery is located on the Tower Estate grounds, a short stroll past our Shiraz vineyard. Tower Lodge guests can enjoy a complimentary whiskey flight tasting showcasing our very own four unique single cask, single malt whiskeys, which are all produced here on site in the Hunter Valley.
