Tyson will welcome you with a glass of Pol Roger from magnum before you sit down to a champagne lunch. Relax over an informal cocktail dinner showcasing the finest champagnes from magnum alongside Hunter Valley benchmarks.

The weekend will feature a roll call of the greatest champagne houses, including Krug, Charles Heidsieck, Louis Roederer, Pol Roger, Bollinger, Billecart-Salmon and Pierre Gimonnet. Compare six of Champagne’s most legendary cuvées in Tyson’s Prestige Masterclass.

The Hunter Valley flagships of Tyrrell’s, Mount Pleasant, Brokenwood and Lake’s Folly will be presented throughout the weekend by their makers in person.

There will be plenty of time to relax and enjoy the stunning surrounds of Tower Lodge and Australia’s oldest wine region, the Hunter Valley


11:30AM – 2:00PM Arrive at your leisure and enjoy a glass of champagne on arrival. Indulge your senses at a casual champagne lunch created by Head Chef Anthony Fullerton. 2:00PM - 6:00PM Enjoy the afternoon exploring Tower Lodge at your leisure. Relax, recharge and enjoy some downtime. FROM 6:00PM Stroll through the hacienda-style courtyard to the restaurant for a cocktail-style dinner accompanied by champagnes poured from magnum and Hunter Valley benchmarks from Tyrrell’s Estate presented by their maker.


7.30AM – 9:00AM Breakfast at your leisure. 9:30AM – 11:30AM Winemaker Adrian Sparks invites you to join him at Mount Pleasant for an immersion in the legendary winemaking history of the Hunter Valley. Stroll the iconic vineyards planted by Maurice O’Shea himself, taste samples from the barrels in the winery and experience current and back vintages of the flagship wines of the estate. 12:00PM – 2:00PM Enjoy a casual champagne lunch at your leisure. 3:00PM – 4:30PM Expand your knowledge at Tyson’s prestige champagne master class. The ultimate opportunity to discover six of champagne’s most lauded prestige cuvées in an interactive experience with one of the world’s foremost champagne authorities. Champagnes featured include: Deutz Amour de Deutz 2013, Pol Roger Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill 2013, Louis Roederer Cristal 2013, Bollinger La Grande Année 2014, Charles Heidsieck Blanc des Millénaires 2007 and Krug Grande Cuvée Édition 170ème NV FROM 6:00PM The gala dinner is the high point of this exclusive weekend. Enjoy a twilight apéritif before settling into a degustation dinner created by Head Chef Anthony Fullerton, matched to four vintage champagnes, followed by Hunter Valley benchmarks from Lake’s Folly and Brokenwood, presented by their makers.
